• Atelier will replace tooth gems within the 3 week warranty if they fall off. 

• Tooth gems typically last 6-12 months depending on oral care and lifestyle.

• After the 3 week warranty, tooth gem replacements are full price. 

• We require 3 day notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment. View our full list of policies here.

• Our minimum age requirement for tattooing is 18 years old.

• Pricing is subject to change at any time, and processing fees for credit card transactions will be applied.
